Let’s Walk Through Our Landscape Maintenance Process
Your partner from day one
At a time convenient for you, we’ll send a maintenance Account Manager to your home to talk with you about your needs and walk around your property. We’ll literally “get the lay of the land.”
A visual assessment
We value your time and can measure your site, complete an inventory of existing plants and trees, and take photos without requiring you to be present.
Our professionals will then compile a comprehensive strategy for your site and create a detailed proposal back at our offices.
A customized proposal
Your Account Manager will meet with you to explain the proposal and make sure you have a clear understanding of the services we will provide.
Upon your acceptance, we’ll get your services scheduled, and you’ll be able to watch your landscape transform over the seasons.
In Season Weekly Services
Offering Comprehensive care
Most service packages include mowing, spot weeding, and attention to unsightly details or unexpected problems (like a downed branch or damaged flowerbeds).
Approximately every 4-6 weeks—scheduled to occur at the optimal time for plant health—extensive service such as pruning or other horticultural care services will be provided. See Our Services for details.
Your Account Management Team will visit your landscape every 3-4 weeks to monitor and discuss progress as well as inspect for quality performance. Your Account Manager will also meet with you and address any concerns you may have.

End of Season
At the end of the season, your Account Management Team will meet with you to review our performance and find out what you might like to do differently next year.
