Office staffed shadowed our Design Build and Maintenance Crews to observe and capture how theirwork is performed and the challenges and accomplishments that they face. It was a great day of learning not only about the work, but also about the person behind the work. We joined up after the day for a BBQ at the gardens here at JMA.
