Operations trainees will also be involved with a a variety of other assignments including horticultural services, yard management responsibilities, site take-offs and surveys, project planning and snow plow operations. After experience in the position, future opportunities will include support of sales, design and client management efforts, as well as planning and supervising installation and maintenance crews, clients and projects.
