- Weekly Cosmetic Care
| Includes mowing turf, line trimming inaccessible areas, spot weeding shrub and tree beds, and cleanup of resulting plant debris. |

- Horticultural Care

Includes pruning of deciduous and evergreen shrubs and groundcovers, fertilizing shrubs, shade trees and ornamental trees, plus pest control. Horticultural care is scheduled at the optimal time of year to best protect your investment and keep it beautiful.

| Your Account Management Team will visit your landscape every 3-4 weeks, to inspect for quality performance, meet with you and address any concerns you may have. |

Comprehensive Maintenance Services
- Mowing of turf areas, line trimming of inaccessible turf

We’ll apply mulch in shrub beds to modify soil temperature and moisture, and to help control weeds and soil erosion. We’ll add amendments to perennial and groundcover beds introducing organic matter to enrich the soil.

- Turf Care
| Includes full season turf fertilization, preventative grub control, and broadleaf herbicide treatment to control weeds. Turf Care program occurs 3-4 times per year, at optimal times. |
- Seasonal Color Program
| For a fresh and timely look all season long, our color program includes spring flowering bulbs, summer annuals, and fall mums. Bed plantings and colorful containers welcome each season. |
