1. Initial Meeting
At a time convenient for you, we’ll send a maintenance Account Manager to your home, to talk with you about your needs, and walk around your property. We’ll literally “get the lay of the land.”
2. Site Visit
We value your time, and can measure your site, take an inventory of existing plants and trees, and take photos without requiring you to walk us around. Back at our offices, our professionals will develop a customized and detailed proposal for your property.
3. Project Initiation
Your Account Manager will meet with you again to explain the proposal and make sure you have a clear understanding of the services we will provide. Upon your acceptance, we’ll schedule your services, and create a Crew Manual for your site and the specific services to be performed.
4. Weekly Services
Weekly service for most homes includes cosmetic work like mowing, weeding and cleaning up plant debris, plus periodic detailed horticultural care. See Our Services for details.
5. Site Inspections
Your Account Management Team will visit your landscape every 3-4 weeks, inspect for quality performance, meet with you and address any concerns you may have.
6. End of Season
At the end of season your Account Management Team will meet with you to review our performance and what you might like to do differently next year. You may also have the opportunity to save money by choosing a multi-year renewal.
