Maintenance Account Manager

The individuals performing the duties of Maintenance Account Manager assume the primary responsibility for exceeding the expectations of our clients. You must be able to successfully connect with clients and prospective clients easily and naturally. These responsibilities start with creating the individual client plans for the season and continue through to the end of each year with renewing the contract with the client for the next season. These responsibilities also include: managing the schedule and quality of the production work in the field; proposing and supervising the installation of all site improvements; and understanding and managing the profitability of the work for these clients.

In order to succeed in our environment and to embrace our business goals, you must be a customer responsive proactive verbal and written communicator, a well organized time manager and a passionate continuous learner. You will need the ability to work in a fast paced, error and accident free environment. You will need to have a strong computer aptitude and willingness to learn. You will need to understand basic job costing and estimating. You must have the ability to master the requirements of each of the positions that work in landscape maintenance and snow management.
